{"id":6464,"date":"2019-11-26T13:12:53","date_gmt":"2019-11-26T13:12:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.accsysplc.com\/investors\/share-capital\/"},"modified":"2026-01-26T17:34:52","modified_gmt":"2026-01-26T17:34:52","slug":"share-capital","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.accsysplc.com\/nl\/investors\/share-capital\/","title":{"rendered":"Share Capital"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">AIM Securities in Issue<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>As at 23 January 2026, there are 243,383,081ordinary shares in the capital of the Company in issue and admitted to trading.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As at 26 January 2026, so far as the Company is aware, there are&nbsp;75,677,975 AIM&nbsp;Securities not in public hands, being&nbsp;31.09%&nbsp;of the Company\u2019s total issued share capital.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There are no restrictions on the transfer of Accsys securities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Euronext Amsterdam listing \u2013 ISA (Individual Savings Accounts) Recognised Stock Exchange<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Accsys Technologies PLC shares are traded on London Stock Exchange AIM (<a href=\"http:\/\/bit.ly\/LSEAXS\">LSE:AXS<\/a>) and Euronext Amsterdam (<a href=\"http:\/\/bit.ly\/ASAXS\">AS:AXS<\/a>) stock exchanges. Euronext Amsterdam is included in HMRC\u2019s list of Recognised Stock Exchanges for the purposes of permissible shares which may be included within an ISA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please note \u2013 Accsys is unable to offer any financial advice.
