The new role supports and reinforces Accsys\u2019 global\nexpansion plans as well as the company\u2019s commitment to, and drive for,\nachieving operational and project excellence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Stephen\njoins Accsys from Coats PLC, a market leader in the manufacture and supply of\nhigh-quality sewing thread and zippers for use, amongst others, in the\nready-made garment and footwear industries.&nbsp;Coming from a global company\nwith presence in over 100 countries and manufacturing operations in over 40,\nStephen is highly experienced in overseeing multi-national operations and\nsites.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Stephen joined Coats in 2000 spending time working in countries such as Bangladesh, Thailand, Vietnam, Sri Lanka, Malaysia and India, rising to the position of Group Manufacturing Director.&nbsp; He brings a wealth of experience in manufacturing transformation, strategy and ramp up. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rob Harris,\nCEO, Accsys commented: \u201cThis newly created role is central to our ambitious\ngrowth plans to expand capacity and improve our operational offering to meet\nthe significant market demand for our products.
