{"id":6618,"date":"2017-07-20T16:25:34","date_gmt":"2017-07-20T16:25:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.accsysplc.com\/tricoya-consortium-breaks-ground-at-tricoya-plant\/"},"modified":"2017-07-20T16:25:34","modified_gmt":"2017-07-20T16:25:34","slug":"tricoya-consortium-breaks-ground-at-tricoya-plant","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.accsysplc.com\/nl\/tricoya-consortium-breaks-ground-at-tricoya-plant\/","title":{"rendered":"Tricoya Consortium breaks ground at Tricoya\u00ae plant"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Tricoya Technologies Ltd is delighted to have broken ground\nfor the first phase of the construction at the site of the world\u2019s first\nTricoya\u00ae wood chip acetylation plant at Saltend Chemicals Park, Hull.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The new plant is being funded, built and operated by a\nconsortium of companies formed in March 2017 including Accsys, BP Ventures, BP\nChemicals, Medite, Business Growth Fund and Volantis. The plant has also received\nfunding from the Green Port Growth Programme and from the LIFE programme of the\nEU.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The breaking ground ceremony was attended by representatives\nfrom the Tricoya Consortium (Accsys, BP and Medite), and joined by\nrepresentatives from Engie Fabricom (main contractor), Hull City Council, South\nWest Holderness Ward and the local team of Tricoya Technologies Ltd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The plant construction is expected to complete in early 2019,\nand will provide around 30 permanent jobs and another 130 jobs for the construction\nperiod.
