Health and Safety

As a manufacturing company, health and safety always comes first and is our license to operate. We conduct routine internal safety inspections to identify potential sources of harm across all operations. Emergency preparedness and response protocols are embedded within our HSE management system, whilst procedures are in place to investigate work-related matters including injuries, ill health, diseases and incidents. 

Accsys is committed to raising awareness of our safety policies and strategy and embed the importance of health and safety in our company culture. Our ambition is ultimately for zero harm.

Positive Working Culture

Accsys is committed to looking after its people and does not tolerate discrimination and harassment (both sexual and non-sexual). Annual trainings are held on discrimination or harassment in the workplace. The company has a clear escalation process for reporting incidents and will take corrective and disciplinary action in case of any discriminatory behaviour or harassment.

We are committed to conducting our business with honesty and integrity. Individuals should consult the Whistleblowing and/or Human Rights policies for information on how to raise a concern. Accsys’ grievance mechanism is not a substitute for existing judicial or arbitration procedures or a substitute for resources provided through collective agreements.
