Company Structure
The Accsys Group comprises the holding company and four wholly-owned subsidiaries, as illustrated below, which operate under the guidance of a group management team.
Each Titan Wood subsidiary trades under the Accsys Technologies name.
Titan Wood Limited, trading under the Accsys Technologies name – focused on the licensing of wood acetylation technology and the development of the Accoya® wood and Tricoya® brands.
Titan Wood B.V. trading under the Accsys Technologies name – focused on the production of Accoya® wood to develop end-product applications of Accoya® wood in major markets and to supply the early product needs of potential licensees.
Titan Wood Technology B.V. trading under the Accsys Technologies name – focused on the development of acetylation technologies.
Titan Wood Inc. trading under the Accsys Technologies name – the US sales, marketing and technical subsidiary of Titan Wood Limited with particular focus on developing the substantial North American market.
