Tailored development programmes we offer

Technical Training Academy

Our training program includes dedicated development opportunities for our Operations teams.

One key initiative is our Technical Operator Training Program, designed to equip mechanical operators with customised skills that enhance equipment reliability and operational efficiency at our Arnhem plant. This program also serves as a pathway into new job roles within the company.

Additionally, tailored training from VAPRO complements our in-house programs, ensuring our teams receive industry-leading technical education.

These are just two examples of the additional training opportunities we offer, alongside standard onboarding programs covering processes and Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS). Approximately 20% of our operational staff participate in these extended training programs.

Individual Development Programs

We are committed to supporting the development of our people by providing training tailored to individual needs. This includes both technical expertise and soft skills, ensuring well-rounded professional growth.

Key training areas include financial skills, ESG education, and individual coaching, helping employees build valuable competencies that support both personal career growth and company success.

By investing in our employees’ development, we not only empower individuals but also drive progress toward our strategic business objectives.

In addition to our standard training programs, approximately 5–10% of our workforce engages in specialised development opportunities each year.

Management Development Programme

At Accsys, we invest in our leaders through a tailored Management Development Program. Over several days people learn how to lead themselves and others and how to have a positive impact with their leadership on people’s daily work and our overall success.

This program is complemented by resources from our eLearning library, ensuring continuous learning and development.

Team Profiling

At Accsys, we are committed to strong, high-performing teams through structured team development initiatives. Using tools like DISC and Belbin, we help teams identify their strengths and areas for improvement.

A key focus of this program is strengthening teamwork—both internally and with external stakeholders. By bringing teams together for dedicated sessions, we aim to break down silos and support our ‘United Team’ strategic pillar.

This initiative is incorporated into Team Days, providing an interactive and engaging environment for learning and development. So far, nearly 20% of our employees have participated, and the journey continues as we strive to build even stronger connections across the company.
