Tailored development programs we offer

Technical Training Academy

Besides our structured training programs for all Operations teams, we offer development initiatives which actively support individual development. Closely connected to the needs of the business these programs offer real career progression for example towards a Technical Operator or a Shift Maintenance Officer. These programs equip our Mechanical Operators with skills to support the reliability and operational efficiency of our Arnhem plant. Participants are working towards new job roles within Accsys.

Our Process Operations team not only receives training via our internal Technical Training Academy but also blended learning from our training partner VAPRO.

These trainings are happening alongside all the standard training we offer, like e.g. onboarding programs, Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) and all required mandatory & compliance trainings

Individual Development Program

We are committed to supporting the development of our people by providing training tailored to individual needs. This includes both technical expertise and soft skills, ensuring well-rounded professional growth.

Via our Accsys Academy (LMS) hundreds of courses are available to enhance individual skills and following the 70-20-10 principle we support our people with trainings in areas like finance, digital skills, ESG, Lean Six Sigma or individual coaching.

In helping employees build valuable competencies that support both personal career growth and company success, we want to ensure being ready for requirements of the future and the achievement of our FOCUS Strategy.

 

Management Development Program

At Accsys, we invest in our leaders through a tailored Management Development Program. Over several days people learn how to lead themselves and others and how to have a positive impact with their leadership on people’s daily work and our overall success. This program is open to both management and team leaders across our operations to strengthen leadership and drive high-performing teams.

This program is complemented by resources from our eLearning library, ensuring continuous learning and development.

Team Profiling

At Accsys, we are committed to strong, high-performing teams through structured team development initiatives. Using tools like DISC and Belbin, we help teams identify their strengths and areas for improvement.

A key focus of this program is strengthening teamwork—both internally and with external stakeholders. By bringing teams together for dedicated sessions, we aim to break down silos and support our ‘United Team’ strategic pillar.

This initiative is incorporated into Team Days, providing an interactive and engaging environment for learning and development. So far, more than 20% of our employees have participated, and the journey continues as we strive to build even stronger connections across the company.
