We are seeking a commercially focused Channel Marketing Manager to drive growth across priority channel partners and regions. This role is responsible for developing and executing scalable channel marketing strategies that increase demand, strengthen partner engagement, and accelerate revenue through our distribution and manufacturing partners network. The successful candidate will operate as a strategic marketing partner to sales and channel stakeholders, balancing strategic planning with disciplined execution and measurable results.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

The Channel Marketing Manager will:

· Act as the primary marketing partner to assigned channel accounts, aligning marketing initiatives with commercial growth objectives.

· Develop and implement annual partner marketing plans that drive awareness, lead generation, and sell-through performance.

· Identify growth opportunities within the channel and design targeted programs to increase partner activation and brand visibility.

· Manage and optimise regional marketing budgets, ensuring disciplined investment and measurable return on spend.

· Lead partner onboarding marketing strategy, ensuring consistent messaging, tools, and activation frameworks that accelerate time-to-market.

· Develop scalable marketing toolkits and point-of-sale programs that support pull-through demand at distributor and dealer level.

· Own strategic planning and execution of trade shows and partner events, ensuring clear objectives, qualified lead capture, and post-event follow-up aligned to pipeline goals.

· Collaborate with brand, communications, and sales teams to maximise PR, media visibility, and launch impact.

· Track, analyse, and report on channel marketing performance using CRM and campaign data to continuously refine approach and improve ROI.

Competencies, Skills & Attributes:

• 5+ years B2B marketing experience, ideally within a channel or distribution environment

• Demonstrated ability to link marketing initiatives to commercial outcomes

• Strong stakeholder management skills across sales, partners, and cross-functional teams

• Budget management experience with focus on performance optimisation

• Structured project management capability and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously

• Proficient in CRM systems (MS Dynamics preferred)

• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel

• Fluent English required; additional languages advantageous
