It is an exciting time to join Accsys as we approach the final stages of the completion of our second Accoya manufacturing plant and first in North America. This in turn opens up an opportunity for us to enhance our global marketing team with a regional Marketing Manager now required.
With 1 direct report you will lead the digital and traditional marketing efforts, driving brand awareness and campaigns across North America.
You will need to be both strategic and hands on, as this role will require someone who is comfortable leading the team and marketing activities but also be doing the doing.
Key Responsibilities & accountabilities
The key focus for this role is to support the sales growth in the North America through B2B marcomms activities.
You will
- Work hand in hand with the sales team and support with the regional strategy planning and execution.
- Develop and use market intelligence for better business decisions.
- Create marketing materials and presentations for trade shows, adverts, brochures, email campaigns.
- Develop marketing campaigns to stimulate demand and drive awareness.
- Brief and work with agencies/ print/ creative/ digital
- Manage regional budgets.
- Support local press relations and events.
- Strengthen relationship with relevant industry associations.
- Measure and analyse results and deliver reports to sales and customers.
Person Specifications
- Minimum 3 years relevant marketing experience
- Ability to speak and write using technical and complex language.
- Demonstrable drive and ambition. Up for a challenge.
- Organised, structured and results/execution focussed
- Must have attention to detail
- Experience in on and offline marketing
- Must possess strong computer skills including excellent PowerPoint and Word; Excel creation and manipulation skills; creation skills using Adobe products are a plus
- Excellent project management skills with an ability to meet deadlines
- Familiarity of Google Analytics – desirable
- Working knowledge of WordPress desirable
- CRM Microsoft Dynamics desirable
- Occasional travel
