Inside Sales Representative

Accsys Technologies is growing and we are currently looking for an Inside Sales Representative:

The Inside Sales representative will support the administration of commercial activities undertaken by our internal and external sales teams with current customers, direct distributors, indirect manufacturers, and new prospects to drive business growth. The key focus of the role is on sales growth in the North American market.

Primary Activities:

  • Receive and provide a high level of responsiveness to incoming sales phone calls, email and mail.
  • Outgoing contact with identified leads and new possible clients
  • Support the prospecting and follow up with all connections through our Approved Manufacturer Campaign
  • Accurate data entry to maintain North American sales records on CRM
  • Initial point of contact for inbound leads and support sales team with follow up processes.
  • Identify new sales leads for external sales team.
  • Support external sales team in Key account management of existing distributor and manufacturer partners – with a core focus on lead development and follow up.
  • Work closely with internal marketing team to support partners and drive new opportunities.

Knowledge and Experience:

  • Ready to perform communications professionally and positively, with an unwaveringly helpful spirit.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Quickly learn to prioritize tasks and activity to best meet multiple customer expectations.
  • Seamlessly work with team members from different locations in a highly respectful and positive collaboration.

Skills and Attributes:

  • Open to coaching and training to continually improve on efficiency and personal growth
  • Proactively engage all team members continuously to support the work environment
  • Completion of various reports, communication, and record keeping in a timely manner
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and able to quickly learn new applications for support of contact management.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or G.E.D.
  • At least 2 years of experience working in an inbound and outbound high activity level sales or marketing environment.
  • Ability to follow safety rules and standards for the company.
  • Arrive at work on time, as scheduled, consistently, reliably, for each shift.
  • Understand and follow directions/instructions from supervisors.
